V1 Injection Pen Specifications: Build a Model Confirmation Sheet

Create a model-specific V1 injection pen confirmation sheet that separates catalog descriptions, agreed requirements and unresolved technical questions.

V1 Injection Pen Specifications: Build a Model Confirmation Sheet

Why the V1 name is only a starting point

A product family name is useful for locating a V1 injection pen, but an order needs a more precise description. Buyers should be able to connect the quotation, sample and production specification to the same configuration without relying on photographs or a short marketing title.

The PLZ catalog currently includes an 80U metal reusable V1 listing. Use its exact product reference when making an inquiry, then request written confirmation of the configuration offered. Do not combine specifications from different V1 listings or older articles into a single assumed product.

Organize the confirmation sheet into three columns

Use three columns: the requirement, the supplier's proposed configuration, and the confirmation status. For each row, cite the drawing, specification or correspondence supporting the answer. Statuses such as confirmed, proposed and awaiting review are more useful than an unexplained check mark.

Start with model identifier, revision, supply scope, use type, body material and finish. Add the dimensions and interfaces relevant to your project. Where dose range or increments are part of the purchasing brief, ask for the offered specification and supporting evidence rather than deriving them from a model name.

Record the cartridge and needle references under consideration and the information available for their review. A shared nominal volume does not resolve all interface questions. Assign those questions to the responsible technical reviewers instead of treating a commercial quotation as compatibility approval.

Keep commercial options outside the technical baseline

Color, logo and packaging options can create multiple order variants without changing every technical attribute. Give each variant an identifier and state which features differ. This keeps a new packaging version from being mistaken for a different mechanical configuration.

For example, two color variants may share one agreed technical specification while using different artwork files and stock codes. Ask PLZ to confirm whether that is the case for the proposed order. Avoid assuming that an appearance change has no production or evaluation implications.

Close open points before order release

Assign an owner and target date to each unresolved requirement. Review the sheet after sample evaluation and incorporate approved changes into the controlling specification. Keep the final revision with the quotation and purchase order.

A clear confirmation sheet does not replace drawings or technical reports; it helps the team identify which documents control each requirement.
